The Support Technician provides operational and administrative support to the IT Mobility Team by coordinating mobile device requests, tracking service activities, maintaining mobility records, and supporting day to day mobility operations. This role helps ensure consistency and visibility across Mobility processes by documenting procedures, assisting with process standardization, supporting governance activities, and contributing to accurate inventory and data tracking. The technician also develops and maintains reference materials, assists with mobility related documentation needs, and supports team efforts to improve workflow continuity and operational efficiency. Our client is building out a centralized Contact Center and is seeking 10 Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This group is transitioning from decentralized office-based support into a unified, high-performing contact center environment, creating strong opportunities for long-term growth and stability. A client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for a Senior Collections Representative for the Collections team. Some of the responsibilities include: Make outbound and take inbound calls from Mercedes- Benz Financial Services (MBFS) customers for the purposes of:Collect payments on live and terminated accounts via phone pay, quick collect and letters using excellent customer service skills. The outstanding balance may be due to past due payments, lease end charges (mileage, wear and tear, property tax), deficiency balances due to a repossession, or an outstanding amount from a total loss.Collaborate with internal and external groups to resolve escalated customer issues and or complaints when needed.Negotiate payment solutions when the customer needs assistance and follow up when there is pending action required or payment arrangements have expired.Provide excellent customer service while handling incoming calls from external and internal customers with phone courtesy.Manage a queue of assigned accountsWhen customer contact is a challenge, perform skip tracing activities to locate the customer and collateral and assign out for repossession when applicable.Offer feedback and recommendations on any process improvements or training materialMaintain corporate standards and compliance requirements.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
