We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday Time Tracking to serve as the functional expert responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Time Tracking solutions. This role will partner closely with Payroll, Absence Management, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce management solutions that ensure accurate time capture, compliance with labor regulations, and seamless payroll processing.The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience, deep knowledge of workforce management processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkday Time Tracking Configuration & Solution DesignServe as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Time Tracking.Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking solutions and enhancements.Configure and maintain:Time Entry TemplatesTime Calculations and Calculation GroupsTime Entry ValidationsTime AttestationsTime Tracking CodesPeriod SchedulesEligibility RulesBusiness ProcessesSecurity ConfigurationsNotifications and AlertsDesign and implement complex time calculation solutions supporting:OvertimeShift Differentials and PremiumsStatutory Holiday PayGuaranteed HoursMeal and Break ComplianceUnion and Collective Bargaining AgreementsJurisdictional Pay RulesEvaluate and document business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.Recommend best practices and process improvements aligned with Workday capabilities.Payroll & Workforce Management IntegrationPartner closely with Payroll teams to ensure accurate time-to-pay processing.Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Scheduling.Support complex earnings calculations and payroll processing scenarios.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies stemming from time-tracking configuration or data issues.Ensure accurate processing of regular hours, overtime, shift premiums, holiday pay, and other pay-related calculations.Maintain compliance with federal, state, provincial, and organizational workforce regulations.Production Support & System OptimizationServe as the highest-level escalation point for complex Workday Time Tracking issues.Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective solutions.Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and updates.Monitor system integrity and proactively identify optimization opportunities.Review audit reports, exception reporting, and validation controls.Document system configurations, business processes, and support procedures.Maintain knowledge repositories and configuration documentation.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong Workday Learning experience to support an Onboarding Automation workstream and help improve the organization’s learning administration, reporting, security, and completion-tracking processes. The role requires more than Workday configuration expertise. The ideal consultant will bring a blend of functional/technical analysis, business process assessment, project management, auditing, and gap analysis. They will evaluate the current Workday Learning environment, identify inefficiencies and access gaps, establish sustainable processes, and support the delivery of planned changes targeted for January.Key Responsibilities: – Audit Workday Learning assignments and audiences- Review current course assignments, learner populations, audience rules, and review cadences.- Identify unnecessary course assignments, missing populations, and required trainings that need to be cleaned up.- Evaluate manual processes and establish clear ownership for completion tracking and exception reporting.- Improve training completion processes- Establish and document a reliable process for tracking learning completions for employees who do not have regular computer/network access.- Develop and document the mass-upload process for learning completions.- Define access requirements, request procedures, user guidance, and data-quality controls.- Help create a repeatable workload process that can be maintained after the engagement.- Revamp Workday Learning reporting and security- Assess existing Workday Learning reporting capabilities and security permissions.- Identify why managers, site HR, trainers, SMEs, and HR administrators lack appropriate access to training completion data.- Recommend role-based, self-service reporting access to reduce manual report requests.Help streamline how training completion data is accessed and distributed.- Perform current-state assessments, audits, and gap analysis across Workday Learning processes.- Document findings, recommendations, process changes, and ownership.- Partner with HRIS, HR, Learning, and business stakeholders to drive decisions and implementation.- Provide additional functional and analytical support on the backend to help deliver the targeted January timeline of changes.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Project Manager for one of their top clients in the Logistics / Supply Chain Industry. The Implementation Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of new contract logistics clients, overseeing projects from contract award through go-live and post-launch stabilization. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, partnering closely with operations, solution design, IT, WMS, industrial engineering, and sales to translate contractual requirements into detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables. The role will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, risks, resources, and client expectations while ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the implementation. The Implementation Manager will also lead go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare activities to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of project management or implementation experience, preferably within contract logistics, warehousing, or a 3PL environment, along with strong client-facing communication, cross-functional leadership, and project management skills.
