Strategy development with Operations Leadership Team capture and retain market share.Represent the company by serving as our direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain customer satisfaction by listening to concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers on resolutions.Mentor PMs and Construction Manager with the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Mentor and develop operations team to further their knowledge of our industry.Create and maintain development plans to keep our workforce safe and trained to execute projects.Perform regular checks on the work quality of the Operations team and act when quality or knowledge is lacking.Reviewing proposals and associated costs to ensure accuracy and ability of the operations team to deliver our solutions.Forecasting revenue as needed for business planning.Conduct regular 1-1 meetings with all direct reports.Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional growth and development.Support the sales team by assisting with quote preparation and proposals.Follow and manage processes and procedures in a timely manner; Example: Email, Teams, Trello, Bidtracer, Procore, Project Folder Management, labor logs and personal expense submission.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Represent the company by serving as our direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction.? Maintain customer satisfaction by listening to concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers on resolutions.? Communicate with building owners, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff.? Understanding contract clauses, knowledge and risk mitigation of construction contract content language, validating project scope / cost / schedule, managing project compliance, project documentation, project safety guidelines, development and maintenance on project schedules, participating in pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and establishing customer expectations.? Managing project budgets, project schedules, and delivering to scopes, while maintaining customer satisfaction.? Managing the accuracy of forecasted cost at completion and controlling expenses by monitoring assigned project budget.? Managing project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.? Maintaining accurate project cost forecasting with justifiable billings to drive positive revenue and cash collection results.? Turning in proper labor forecasting and billings in a timely manner.? Establish and create construction schedules used to drive the project through Gantt charts or any other tool to organize and represent potential project schedule. Includes creating and maintaining project schedules, generating tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path, ability to identify future looking planning needs and resource constraints.? Review contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.? Validate/descope subcontractor?s proposals; supervise the work of an assigned project team and subcontractors.? Prepare and set up sub-contractor agreements by including scope statements; plans and milestone dates; specs; bonding requirements; and billing schedule of values.? Review project plans and specifications, review project progress and prioritize tasks.? Work with contractors and owners to validate scope of projects, and proper close-out.? Support the sales team by assisting with quote preparation and proposals.?
