A client of Insight Global’s is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing PMO organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving enterprise initiatives while helping mature project delivery practices across the organization. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional efforts from initiation through execution, serving as a key partner to business, technology, and executive stakeholders.This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong facilitation capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving successful outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience delivering complex transformation initiatives involving data, financial operations, ERP systems, cloud technologies, AI initiatives, or other enterprise modernization programs.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate enterprise project initiatives from planning through execution and deliveryFacilitate project meetings, governance sessions, workshops, and decision-making discussionsEnsure alignment between business, technology, operational, and executive stakeholdersManage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependenciesDrive accountability across project teams and ensure project deliverables remain on trackApply predictive, hybrid, or Agile project methodologies based on project needsProvide project health updates, status reporting, and executive communicationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen PMO maturity and delivery effectivenessEnsure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to enable decision-making and successful executionContribute to PMO standards, templates, governance processes, and best practicesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
