Job Description

Provide white‑glove desktop and technology support to office users, primarily senior executives and leadership, including support for office technology and meeting rooms. Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient assistance aligned with Accor Global Support Services (GSS) standards, while collaborating with the Accor support team and the Director of IT Service Management for Accor Americas on infrastructure support (Wi‑Fi, admin networks) and small IT projects. Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning and user access, maintain an accurate inventory of all office technology assets, and log and resolve all requests in ServiceNow in accordance with established SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ years experience in Desktop Support experience at Level 1 or Level 2
- Experience supporting meeting room technology
○ Experience with Polycom, Shure, and Yealink meeting Room Devices
○ Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Windows 11 and macOS (MacBook) support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Intune and Azure environments
Familiar with Canon Printers and Cloud printing Technology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working in hospitality, global enterprise, or white‑glove executive environments
