Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Administrative Support to join a prestigious global law firm client. The manager will lead a team of Legal Executive Assistants, ensuring high quality administrative support for attorneys while driving operational efficiency, talent development, and continuous improvement across the department.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day departmental operations, including policies, procedures, and project initiatives
• Maintain a strong on site presence to monitor workloads, address challenges, and improve team effectiveness
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Legal Executive Assistants; address employee relation matters in partnership with HR and senior leadership
• Lead weekly team huddles and conduct regular one on one meetings and performance reviews
• Oversee workload distribution, scheduling, coverage planning, and overtime monitoring
• Partner with senior leadership on lawyer onboarding and departures, including file transitions and utilization guidance
• Identify productivity or morale issues and collaborate on solutions
• Drive process improvements related to people, technology, and workflows aligned with best practices
This is a full-time position, hybrid 4 days a week, in NYC.
Compensation:
$150,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Required Skills & Experience
• At least 5 years of management experience within a mid-to-large law firm or professional services organization
• Proven experience managing administrative or executive support teams in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree
