This individual will serve as the functional bridge between business teams and SAP technology, owning configuration, enhancements, and production support across core SAP modules. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager (Contract) to serve as the primary point of intake for complex business requirements and to partner closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable solutions. This role acts as a one stop shop for gathering, clarifying, and documenting business needs, translating ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog items. The ideal candidate excels at working with senior stakeholders, including VP level leaders, and has strong experience breaking down complex initiatives, documenting current and future state business processes, and creating process flows and visualizations (Visio preferred). This role works closely with Scrum and development teams to ensure work is well scoped, development ready, and aligned to business objectives, helping reduce pressure on both business and technical teams. Experience with ServiceNow is a strong plus, along with exposure to data driven environments (SQL, Snowflake) and emerging AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and agent based systems. Job Description:The Stormwater Engineer/Technician supports stormwater design and permitting efforts for infrastructure and site projects. This role is primarily design-focused, spending time reviewing consultant plans for permitting, preparing stormwater permits with the Department of Natural Resources, and completing site design to manage stormwater flow. Responsibilities also include hydraulic modeling for sites and bridge openings to ensure adequate water conveyance. Candidates will work onsite Monday through Friday and use CAD and hydraulic modeling tools, with training provided as needed.Day to Day:- Review stormwater plans submitted by consultants to ensure compliance with permitting requirements- Prepare and submit stormwater permit documentation to the Department of Natural Resources- Complete site design to manage stormwater runoff and drainage- Perform hydraulic modeling to evaluate stormwater flow for sites and bridge openings- Support bridge and culvert modeling to ensure adequate water conveyance- Use CAD and hydraulic modeling software to assist with design and analysis (training provided)- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on stormwater-related projectsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
