Insight Global is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst for a top enterprise manufacturing and supply chain client. This individual will serve as the functional bridge between business teams and SAP technology, owning configuration, enhancements, and production support across core SAP modules. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in complex SAP environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions in a fast-paced setting.
• Gather and document functional requirements with business stakeholders
• Configure and customize SAP MM/PP modules to meet business needs
• Act as liaison between business users and ABAP/technical teams
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Support SAP module integrations and external system connections
• Provide L3 troubleshooting and create KT/documentation
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing SAP maintenance

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5+ years of SAP Functional Analyst experience
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience in MM and PP
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points and end-to-end business processes
• Ability to read ABAP code and use the ABAP debugger
• Experience supporting SAP integrations (SD–MM–FI, IDocs, XML, LIS structures)
• Experience providing 3rd-level production support
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• SAP certifications (MM, PP, or related modules)
• Experience with ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager
• Data migration experience using LSMW
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or agricultural industry background
• Experience working in large enterprise SAP landscapes
