A large, full-service insurance brokerage is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to support a growing book of business within the construction and specialty trades space. This role supports commercial clients with a focus on pool service, custom homebuilder, and construction-related accounts. The coordinator will manage a smaller commercial book and handle day-to-day policy servicing while continuing to build deeper exposure to endorsements and construction-specific coverages. Manage and service a smaller commercial book of business ($800K?$1.5M in revenue)Handle certificates of insurance (COIs), including construction-related requirementsProcess endorsements, cancellations, and policy changesFollow up on cancellation notices and ensure timely resolutionProvide backend account support; limited to no direct client-facing responsibilitiesSupport construction and pool-related commercial accountsUtilize Applied Epic for policy administration and account managementCollaborate with internal producers and account teams to maintain service standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is looking for a plumber I in Orlando to support one of their clients. This person will have around 2-5 years of experience within the plumbing world and come from a commercial background as well. The day to day will be taking in service orders for 150 buildings to maintain, service, or repair any plumbing issues that need to be fixed.
