One of our largest clients is looking for an AP Coordinator who will be supporting the LatAm Venue Management Finance and Accounting team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining supplier records, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial systems. Insight Global’s client is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Guest Care organization by managing and validating large operational datasets, building out core team metrics, and establishing the reporting foundation that drives day-to-day decision-making. This role starts with hands-on data work such as writing advanced SQL queries, standing up key metrics like CSAT and time-to-first-response, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. This role has the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role over time, using those insights to shape process improvements and business decisions.Key Responsibilities:? Query, validate, and manage large operational datasets using advanced SQL? Build and maintain core team metrics (e.g., CSAT, time-to-first-response, ticket volume)? Develop dashboards and reporting to track operational and customer service performance? Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency? Schedule Management?Use Oracle Primavera P6 as the primary scheduling tool.?Manage project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM).?Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).?Track project tasks, permits, design activities, procurement, construction activities, and meetings.?Analyze schedule impacts when changes or delays occur.Project Scheduling?Create and maintain detailed project schedules.?Track when work starts and finishes for different project phases.?Make sure project timelines are realistic and up to date.?Update schedules every week based on actual progress.?Alert leadership immediately if a project milestone is expected to be more than 15 days late.?Help create recovery plans if projects fall behind schedule.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
