Role Overview:Insight Global’s manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to monitor, maintain and control existing ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System. The Quality Manager shall effectively manage all aspects of the Quality Management System, including but not limited to, Corrective & Preventive Actions, Quality Audits, Quality Inspections, Employee Training, Measurement, analysis and improvement, Document Control, Product Realization and all other functional elements of the Quality System.D2D:ISO 9001 Knowledge: Understanding the ISO 9001 standard and its application in quality management systems.Quality Management Systems: Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.Continuous Improvement: Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Team Collaboration: Strong leadership and team management abilities to lead and mentor the quality assurance team (3-5 members).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate quality data and identify trends.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring product conformity.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective actions.Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and audit results.Training and Competence: Regular training on ISO 9001 standards and relevant quality management practices.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. ? Handle last-minute requests (research, reservations, errands)? Book appointments, services, and manage scheduling? Coordinate vendors: scheduling services, confirming completion, and facilitating payments? Run local errands (primarily Boca, occasional travel to Miami/Palm Beach)? Serve as a central point of contact for coordinating services and requests? Oversee recurring services (landscaping, flowers, car wash) to ensure continuity? The Senior Compliance Officer supports the firm?s compliance program across its broker-dealer, investment adviser, and insurance operations. This role is responsible for regulatory responses, customer complaint oversight, dispute and arbitration support, licensing and registrations, compliance training, continuing education programs, and other compliance support as needed.
