Our client is seeking a Senior SRE with proven industry experience to join our remote-based Engineering team. Our teams are collaborative and forward thinking; the successful candidate will help shape the operations and support for critical Windows and Linux based applications, customers, and projects, working closely with Development, QA, IT Operations and Customer Operations teams.You will be required to communicate and solve problems effectively, while handling a fast-paced working environment. This will be combined with a transition to DevOps practices, agile support, and deployment processes.Main Responsibilities Delivery of resilient application stacks via “Infrastructure as Code” and other DevOps practices.Monitoring and on-going support of critical, high revenue business applications.Diagnosis and resolution of complex system and application issues.Working with diverse technical and non-technical teams, including Development, QA, IT Operations, Customer Operations and Project Management teams.Write and maintain systems / application documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.Essential Skills and AttributesConfiguration Management tools ? e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef or equivalents.Professional experience of working within the public cloud ? Azure, AWS or GCP.Hands-on experience of Linux and Windows server including support and troubleshooting.System and application monitoring ? e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Cloudwatch, etc.Familiarity with common source control tools ? e.g. Git, SVNCloud Architecture and system design to solve key business problems and facilitate team goals.Strong and enthusiastic technologist, able to demonstrate a broad technical knowledge.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to act as a point of expertise, advise others in the team on best practices and impart knowledge.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Align creative social plans with overarching business goals, brand identity, and the unique “ModMed voice”.? Maintain a “maker” mindset to transform high-level concepts into high-velocity daily content, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and design to final publishing.? Design, film, and edit “on-the-go” authentic videos featuring employees, customers, and industry leaders to produce native-feeling social content.? Act as a key consultant for the marketing team, providing the creative direction and perspective needed to translate large-scale projects into high-performing social initiatives.? Drive the growth and health of online communities through first-hand engagement, responding to followers, and fostering long-term brand loyalty.? Track and analyze key performance metrics to provide data-driven insights that refine future strategies and prove the ROI of social initiatives.? End-to-End Video Production? Full Lifecycle Ownership: Own projects from initial concept, script-writing, and storyboarding through filming, editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.? On-Set & Field Production: Direct, shoot, and light high-quality video content. Handle camera operation, studio/field lighting, and professional audio capture in both controlled studio environments and on-location settings (e.g., corporate events, trade shows, active medical clinics).2. Post-Production & Narrative Editing? Story-Driven Editing: Craft compelling narratives from raw footage, interviews, and b-roll, ensuring strong pacing, emotional resonance, and a clear message.? Audio & Color Mixing: Ensure broadcast-quality sound design, audio leveling, and professional color grading across all video assets.? Platform Optimization: Format and optimize video content for a variety of channels, including our website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and internal company presentations, adhering to specific aspect ratios and export specs.3. Collaboration & Brand Alignment? Talent Direction: Interview and direct on-camera talent?ranging from healthcare providers and patients to internal executive leadership?ensuring they feel comfortable and deliver natural performances.? Cross-Functional Partnering: Collaborate closely with creative directors, product marketing, copywriters, and project managers to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.? Asset Management: Maintain, organize, and archive the internal video library, raw footage, and project files to ensure seamless team workflows.
