We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist to design, develop, and manage complex data integration strategies. You will serve as the technical lead for our Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) platform, orchestrating data synchronizations between Salesforce and various external systems. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of integration patterns (Real-time, Batch, Pub/Sub) and can ensure data integrity across a multicloud environment.Core Responsibilities1. Integration Architecture & Development? Informatica Lead: Design and implement end-to-end integration mappings, task flows, and schedules within IICS (Cloud Data Integration & Cloud Application Integration).? Salesforce API Management: Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.? Middleware Expert: Build robust connections between Salesforce and downstream systems like SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or AWS using Informatica connectors.2. Technical Strategy & Governance? Pattern Selection: Determine the best integration pattern (e.g., Request-Reply, Fire-andForget, or Change Data Capture) based on business latency requirements.? Error Handling & Logging: Build sophisticated frameworks for automated error alerts, retries, and data reconciliation to ensure no records are “lost” during transit.? Security & Compliance: Implement secure data transmission protocols, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and encryption at rest/in transit.3. Performance & Optimization? High-Volume Data: Optimize Informatica mappings and Salesforce SOQL queries to handle millions of records without hitting governor limits or API quotas.? A client of Insight Global in the automotive industry is looking to hire an administrative specialist to join their in the Jacksonville, FL area. The administrative specialist will assure that goals and objectives of the Technical Training Department are completed on a timely basis. Those goals will consist of handling accounts payable for the department, managing technician rosters and check in for training classes along with ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) enrollments and payments for students. This role would also entail proctoring for the ASE testing that takes place weekly. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Configurator to lead the functional design and implementation of our Quote-to-Cash environment. You will be the primary architect of our product catalog, pricing structures, and quoting logic. The ideal candidate has an expert-level understanding of the Salesforce CPQ Data Model and can build sophisticated, scalable solutions using advanced configuration rather than custom code. Shape Core Responsibilities 1. Advanced CPQ Architecture Product Modeling: Design and maintain complex Product Bundles, including nested bundles, dynamic options, and configuration attributes. Pricing Logic: Build and optimize Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and Summary Variables to automate complex pricing requirements (e.g., volume pricing, tiered discounts, or multi-currency). Guided Selling: Create and manage Product Selection Rules and Guided Selling prompts to ensure sales reps are quoting the right products every time. 2. Process Automation & Output Flow & Workflow: Utilize Salesforce Flow to automate CPQ-adjacent processes such as Opportunity syncing, Contract generation, and Renewal automation. Document Generation: Design and maintain professional Quote Templates using the CPQ Template content, sections, and XSL-FO styling. Approvals: Implement and manage Advanced Approvals, including parallel paths, smart approvals, and complex approval chains. 3. Advanced Data Loading Relational Data Migration: Perform complex data loads of CPQ configuration objects (which require maintaining strict Parent-Child relationships) using Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector. Data Transformation: Use Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to clean and format pricing and product data before importing it into Salesforce. Extraction & Reporting: Export quote and line-item data to assist the Finance team with audit requests and sales performance analysis. 4. Strategic Leadership Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical blueprints that prioritize “configuration-first” over custom Apex. Data Governance: Manage the migration of CPQ configuration data (Price Rules, Products, Features) across environments using data migration tools. Best Practices: Audit the existing CPQ instance to reduce technical debt and improve calculation performance.
