Job Overview The Embedded AI Engineer will serve as the dedicated AI partner for an assigned business vertical. This person will work directly alongside business users to learn their operations, identify opportunities, and build practical AI solutions tailored to their workflows. This is not a pure AI/LLM/NLP engineering role. It requires a hands-on builder who can embed within a non-technical team, earn stakeholder trust, and develop AI agents, RAG applications, copilots, and workflow automations from concept through deployment. The role will begin with an approximately 50/50 balance between stakeholder engagement and development before shifting toward 75% hands-on building. Day to Day Embed within the assigned vertical and learn its workflows, systems, challenges, and priorities. Build relationships with business users and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities. Develop and deploy AI agents, RAG solutions, copilots, prompts, and workflow automations. Own solutions from initial discovery through testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement. Train users on delivered solutions and support broader AI adoption. Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of deployed tools. Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to support internal web applications, third-party application modernization efforts, and enterprise software initiatives.This role will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements, define functionality, create user stories, and ensure business needs are translated into successful software solutions.The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in Agile environments, has strong business analysis and Product Owner experience, and can work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Requirements? Serve as Product Owner for internal application development initiatives.? Gather business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.? Translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements.? Define acceptance criteria and maintain the product backlog.? Prioritize work based on business value and stakeholder needs.Agile Delivery? Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.? Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and answer questions.? Review completed functionality to ensure business requirements have been met.? Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Stakeholder Management? Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.? Communicate product updates and priorities.? Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workflow discussions.? Help drive adoption and continuous improvement of applications.Product & Application Support? Monitor application performance and user feedback.? Manage enhancement requests and defect prioritization.? Support ongoing governance and product best practices.?
