This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing, production planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes within an SAP environment. Insight Global is seeking a Referral/Care Coordinator for a top healthcare services client. This individual will support medical management and referral coordination by ensuring patients are efficiently scheduled for specialty care, authorizations are properly obtained, and all referral documentation is accurately maintained. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines.Day-to-Day:? Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services ? Obtain and manage referral authorizations per protocol ? Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and referral status ? Enter referral, hospital, outpatient, and DME authorizations into the system? Track outstanding referral reports and follow up as needed? Receive consultant reports and route documentation to physicians ? Coordinate pre-admission testing with clinic staff and patients ? Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership?Own and manage the DTC product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.?Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize features that deliver the greatest impact.?Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to deliver high-quality solutions.?Partner with the Product team to configure and launch new discount and product codes, ensuring accurate implementation across the DTC digital experience.Customer and Market Focus?Conduct research to understand customer behavior, pain points, and market opportunities.?Translate data insights into actionable product initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.?Partner with marketing to optimize the performance of key landing pages and conversion funnels.Execution and Delivery?Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.?Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.?Maintain a testing roadmap, supporting and implementing A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration?Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, release plans, and new initiatives.?Communicate progress, outcomes, and key learnings with stakeholders at all levels.?Work closely with analytics teams to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.?Partner with the SEO team to identify and act on site performance opportunities, ensuring product decisions support organic visibility and technical SEO best practices.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
