QC Inspector

Chattanooga, TN

Day to DayThe Quality Control Inspector will serve as the final quality checkpoint before aircraft are returned to service. This individual will work closely with Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, Team Leaders, Program Managers, and Quality teams to verify maintenance activities have been completed accurately, documented properly, and meet all FAA requirements before aircraft are released back to the customer.Responsibilities include:Inspect maintenance, repair, modification, and alteration work performed on corporate aircraftPerform “OK to Close” inspections and ensure maintenance events meet company and FAA quality standardsReview maintenance records, logbook entries, work packages, and regulatory documentation for completeness and accuracyExercise Return to Service (RTS) authority by approving aircraft and components for release after maintenance activities are completedVerify proper maintenance sign-offs and documentation within Corridor and other maintenance tracking systemsParticipate in daily production and quality review meetingsWork directly with technicians and team leaders to resolve quality concerns and documentation discrepanciesAssist with airframe inspections and audits throughout maintenance eventsTrack and manage equipment removal/install recordsSupport Quality Assurance investigations and logbook research when documentation questions ariseConduct daily aircraft floor inspections to ensure company quality standards are consistently metServe as a technical resource on FAA regulations, maintenance compliance, and inspection requirementsWhat Success Looks LikeAccurately identifies maintenance and documentation discrepancies before aircraft releaseEnsures all FAA regulatory and company quality requirements are metProvides thorough and compliant Return to Service approvalsWorks collaboratively with maintenance teams to keep projects moving efficientlyMaintains strong attention to detail while supporting multiple aircraft projects simultaneouslyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking an Avionics Inspector to join a premier business aviation MRO and aircraft modification facility in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring avionics installations, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with FAA regulations, approved technical data, customer requirements, and company quality standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong aviation background with experience inspecting avionics installations and modifications, interpreting technical data, and ensuring compliance with approved engineering documentation. This role will support a wide range of aircraft alteration projects, including connectivity upgrades, avionics modernization programs, Starlink installations, and other Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) driven modifications.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential and the ability to obtain a FAA Repairman Certificate through West Star Aviation.Perform quality inspections on avionics installations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance activitiesVerify completed work complies with FAA regulations, customer requirements, engineering drawings, and approved technical dataReview and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, STCs, and engineering documentationSupport inspection activities for aircraft modification programs, including avionics upgrades and connectivity installations such as Starlink systemsCollaborate closely with avionics technicians, engineering teams, and production leadership to ensure quality standards are metInspect both newly installed and modified avionics systems to ensure proper functionality and configurationDocument inspection findings and maintain accurate compliance recordsIdentify quality concerns and work with internal teams to drive corrective actions and resolutionAssist in obtaining and maintaining FAA regulatory compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiativesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. NDT Level II Technician

Chattanooga, TN

Insight Global is seeking an NDT Technician II to support a leading aviation maintenance and modification operation in Chattanooga, TN. This individual will perform non-destructive testing inspections on aircraft components and structures to ensure compliance with FAA, customer, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have Level II certifications and hands-on experience performing Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle, and Fluorescent Penetrant inspections in an aviation, aerospace, or similar regulated environment.This individual will work closely with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to identify defects, assess airworthiness, and support aircraft return-to-service activities.
