We are looking to hire Billing Coordinators for a 3 month contract, with opportunity to extend and convert to full time. This person will spend about 90% of their day working in existing Excel spreadsheets to create invoices. They?ll review project contracts and folders, pull the necessary pricing and project information, enter it into established Excel templates, and use existing macros to calculate invoice totals. From there, they?ll send draft invoices to Project Managers, track outstanding responses and revisions, follow up as needed, and ultimately send finalized invoices to clients. They?ll also assist with project setup by following a checklist, validating that all required information is complete, and communicating with project teams when information is missing. The team has a goal of approximately 25 invoices per person per week, so this requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with repetitive Excel work, and strong at following up and keeping track of multiple items at once.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Painter III for a leading manufacturing client in the utility and industrial equipment industry. This individual will be responsible for preparing, priming, finishing, and painting fabricated parts and assemblies while ensuring high-quality surface finishes that meet production standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with industrial spray painting, paint mixing, surface preparation, and equipment maintenance. This role works closely with Operations and Quality teams and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the production of specialized industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards will thrive in this position.Day-to-Day:-Set up and align painting processes for production parts-Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, smoothing, and contouring-Mix paints to match required specifications and colors-Apply primer, filler, and protective coatings using industrial spray equipment-Perform touch-up, rework, and finishing paint applications-Inspect painted components to ensure finish quality standards are met-Partner with Quality and Operations teams on inspections and testing-Maintain painting equipment, spray guns, and tools-Follow all PPE, respirator, and safety requirements-Support production, quality, housekeeping, and assembly activities as needed-Maintain organization of tools and work areaWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
