An Insight Global customer is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their facilities team at a new manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. This person will be responsible for designing, installing, commissioning the electrical systems for the factory including medium and low voltage power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting, facility infrastructure and tool hookup. This role is one of the first key roles being hired at this new facility so there is immense opportunity for upward mobility in the future. It is expected that this person is capable of making an immediate impact without much training or oversight. Key responsibilities include: – Reviewing engineering drawings, submittals and driving construction project schedules and in alignment with electrical codes and safety standards. – Partnering with electrical vendors to ensure proper equipment installation and commissioning. – Support equipment testing and system validation procedures. – Update and distribute electrical system documentation, manuals, and processes. – Develop preventative maintenance systems and emergency response procedures.- Further responsibilities related to capacity planning, and overall optimal system performance as the facility scales. This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. Job DescriptionThe purpose of Quality Control Associate is to update and coordinate the planning, implementation, and supervision of the quality control plan. This includes working with employees as well as outside agencies or consultants involved in inspections and testing. Educate all parties as to the methods of quality control.
