Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager on our Critical Facilities team, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting delivering and leading complex, high-impact projects. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting the business of designing and engineering cutting-edge building automation and energy management systems, ensuring alignment with local energy codes, sustainability goals, and project specifications.
This role offers a dynamic mix of technical challenges, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Provide project management tasks (job plans, labor planning/scheduling, fiscal analysis, etc.)
Assist to select and manage sub-contractors and suppliers as needed
Manage and schedule time to complete assignments on time and within budget
Analyze system performance at both the building and campus level, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate.
Gain hands-on experience with project financial tracking, including monthly audits and post-project reviews.
Contribute to company-wide standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
