Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Data Project Manager who leads requirements sessions, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and translates business needs into data deliverables (views, datasets, entities, and models).This person guides and drives delivery, understands data relationships and terminology, and partners closely with data and engineering teams—without performing hands-on development. They are expected to understand and clearly articulate data relationships, definitions, and differences, and to guide and influence data solutions without writing code or performing hands‑on development. This is a 12-month ongoing contract and pays $65-$68hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–7 years of experience in: Data Project Management or Data Product Management
• Strong understanding of: data models & entities, views, datasets, tables, and how data is structured and consumed
• Able to ask the right questions to clarify data needs
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Run meetings, manage dependencies, and support delivery through execution
• Act as the bridge between business and data/engineering teams
Guide and influence data solutions without writing code or developing
