Signal integrity, isolation, and robustness are key design considerations.-Compute elements include an MCU (LQFP) and optional support for an MPU SOM (SMARC carrier). Networking is handled via Ethernet PHYs and a high pin count Ethernet switch (196 pin BGA, 0.8 mm pitch).
