Insight Global is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect Spend to own and mature non-production sourcing across a highly decentralized environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, influences stakeholders, and drives sourcing initiatives from strategy through execution while building a scalable indirect procurement function.Key Responsibilities:? Own and manage indirect spend categories ? Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives aligned to business priorities and value targets? Develop data-driven category strategies using spend analysis and market intelligence? Identify and deliver cost savings, consolidation, and process improvements across fragmented spend? Build and manage a prioritized sourcing pipeline delivering measurable results? Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, negotiations, and sourcing events with compliant execution? Manage the full contract lifecycle (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, pricing) in partnership with Legal? Partner cross-functionally to influence buying behavior and drive use of preferred suppliers? Operate across multiple ERP systems and decentralized procurement environments? Build foundational sourcing processes, governance, and change management practices? Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, and issue resolution? Provide transparency into spend, savings, and sourcing outcomes? *This is a 3 month contract to start. If this person performs well, the end client will extend the contract by a year to begin with*The Handyman supports day-to-day facility maintenance and minor repairs within a large fulfillment or distribution center. This role focuses exclusively on non-licensed, non-certification-required maintenance tasks to ensure the building, workspaces, and support areas remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
