Role OverviewThe Mechanical Assembly Supervisor leads and coordinates mechanical assembly activities for High Voltage GIS equipment. This role supervises mechanics and installers, interprets technical drawings, and ensures precise installation in accordance with clients installation, quality, and safety standards. The supervisor plays a key role in managing union labor resources, maintaining schedules, and promoting a safe, clean, and efficient installation environment.Key Responsibilities? Supervise and coordinate mechanics and installers assembling High Voltage GIS equipment? Lead mechanical installation activities with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety? Interpret and analyze technical drawings to guide installation processes and procedures? Manage union contractor resources, including work assignment, motivation, and performance oversight? Ensure installation activities follow established processes, timelines, and schedules? Exercise sound judgment in installation decisions, considering cost, quality, and operational impact? Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with safety guidelines? Role OverviewThe Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, receiving and preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions.Key Responsibilities? Load and unload trucks and sea containers? Receive incoming deliveries, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies? Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and staging? Pick and pack materials according to work orders or pick lists? Open crates and build wooden crates as required? Follow established warehouse processes, schedules, and procedures? Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas? Dispose of debris, wood, shrink wrap, and other waste properly? Operate tools and material-handling equipment safely? Role OverviewThe Warehouse Logistics Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth inbound and outbound logistics. This role works closely with warehouse staff, management, logistics partners, and vendors while maintaining high safety, quality, and process standards in line with the client’s guidelines.Key Responsibilities? Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading? Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality? Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, labels)? Oversee picking, packing, staging, and replenishment activities? Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety? Schedule deliveries, pickups, and carrier appointments? Follow established procedures, timelines, and work instructions?
