We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will support our providers by ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining clinical readiness, and delivering exceptional patient care.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:Daily Preparation:Review patient records and schedules for the day.Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for each visit.Patient Interaction:Greet and room patients in a timely and professional manner.Review and document patient medical history, current medications, and allergies.Confirm the reason for the visit and any concerns the patient may have.Clinical Support:Assist providers during dermatologic procedures and exams as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.Communication & Coordination:Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other clinic staff.Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and patient education as directed.The pay rate ranges from $18- $22/hr. based on experienceWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
