Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the execution, optimization, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple business units. This individual will serve as a key liaison between marketing stakeholders and campaign operations, helping deliver targeted email campaigns, manage marketing data, and provide insights into campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), marketing databases, email marketing, lead management, and campaign analytics.
Responsibilities
Partner with business units and marketing stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and define target audiences.
Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot.
Maintain and leverage marketing data repositories to support audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
Collect, organize, and manage lead data from various sources including events, exhibitions, email inquiries, webinars, and other marketing channels.
Create and validate distribution lists for marketing and demand generation campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including email opens, click-through rates, engagement, and lead conversion trends.
Provide reporting and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance within marketing systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully execute multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign-related communication between marketing teams and operational partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing analytics.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Experience managing email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and reporting.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
Experience working with large marketing databases and lead management processes.
Exposure to the legal, professional services, or information services industry.
Background in campaign project management and quality assurance.
