Job Description

One of our customers is seeking a Software Developer to help build software components that power next-generation industrial AI and automation systems. This individual will develop APIs, SDKs, reusable software components, and data pipelines while working closely with architects and deployment teams. The role involves validating software in real-world manufacturing environments, rapidly iterating based on customer feedback, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable. This is a highly collaborative role that combines software engineering, customer engagement, and deployment support.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of software development experience with strong coding skills in C++, Python, or similar languages
• Experience building APIs, reusable components, data pipelines, and managing CI/CD pipelines in production environments
• Ability to write reliable, secure code for mission-critical systems with strong understanding of error handling, diagnostics, and code quality
• Experience working across industrial software, manufacturing, OT/IT environments, or other highly constrained operational systems where uptime and reliability are critical

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Industrial automation, manufacturing systems, or OT/IT integration experience
• Experience with AI/ML deployment in manufacturing environments
• Exposure to WinCC OA, Edge, InsightHub, PLCs, SCADA, MES, or ERP systems
• Forward deployment engineering, rapid prototyping, or customer co-creation experience
