This position also communicates daily maintenance goals to subordinates and manages to meet plan as well as interfaces across functional lines to address maintenance related issues. Provides supervisory guidance and direction to employees to maintain a productive workforceESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:? Ensures the priorities and work schedules are adhered to in all maintenance areas. Checks on the progress and quality of the work.? Gathers and analyses information necessary to achieve the overall maintenance priorities.? Represents the company and communicates company priorities and directions to personnel. Ensures the company policies are being adhered to.? Manages Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing priorities.? Makes the decision on when and who to call in critical situations.? Encourages and facilitates the constructive resolution of conflict.? Promotes cooperation and teamwork.? Handles all employee disciplinary action in the absence of an Area Supervisor.? Enforces area protocols and cleanliness.? Leads and facilitates continuous improvement.? Provides management feedback and recognition for work well done.? Proactive management of company safety programs.? Maintains performance documentation including safety and training.? Assist with all Site Services Audits (Internal and External)? Schedules and oversees contractors as needed for PM?s and repairs? A global electronics and semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a strong DevOps Engineer to join their team to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This is a contract opportunity with the possibility of extensions and will sit remotely in India working IST hours. This person will be responsible for work closely with a team of AI Engineers to help set up their Azure infrastructure environment. They will be using this environment for building AI agents and other applications within the organization. This resource must have experience working with Azure DevOps in addition to Yaml pipelines. They will be completing azure administration activities, working within Docker/Kubernetes for containerization.
