Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to join a leading semiconductor client in Austin, TX or Chandler, AZ. We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our patent filing and prosecution activities. This role works closely with in house counsel, outside counsel, inventors, and global IP teams to ensure high quality, timely U.S. and international patent filings.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm or in house IP department
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and patent prosecution workflows.
• Experience with foreign filings and IP docketing systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting inventors and attorneys.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Paralegal Certification
- ANAQUA experience
