Insight Global is hiring a results driven Inside Sales Specialist to help grow the US territory for a client. This role is built for a sales professional who knows how to expand accounts, open doors, and close deals in healthcare imaging environments. This person will manage and grow an existing customer base while aggressively developing new business with MRI centers, physician groups, and healthcare systems. This is a quota carrying, growth focused role with significant upside for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and winning. What You?ll Do:?Conduct outbound calling and email outreach to existing customers and new prospects?Expand adoption and utilization within current accounts?Qualify leads and initiate product conversations?Engage Neurologists, radiologists, imaging directors, and clinical stakeholders?Track activity and pipeline in CRM and support forecasting?Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teamsCompensation:$65,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain Planning and ERP/boundary system integrations. The Scrum Master will enable high-performing teams by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and driving continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics. This role partners closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and value realization.Key Responsibilities (High Necessity)? Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.? Ensure sprint goals are realistic, clearly understood, and protected from scope disruption.? Identify and remove delivery impediments, proactively managing cross-team and cross-function dependencies.? Partner with the Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and value delivery.? Drive continuous improvement using Agile and flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP).? Improve transparency of delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes for business stakeholders.? We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise data integration solutions. The role will focus on building and maintaining data warehouse pipelines using Informatica (IDMC / PowerCenter / IICS), implementing dimensional data models, and delivering reliable batch/CDC processing with strong scheduling and operational support. The ideal candidate has strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, hands-on experience with Snowflake, and can build/maintain pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).Key Responsibilities (Critical/High)? Develop and maintain data warehousing and ETL solutions using Informatica IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, and/or Informatica Cloud (IICS). (Critical)? Design and implement ETL mappings, workflows, and end-to-end scheduling logic; monitor and support production jobs. (Critical)? Perform dimensional data modeling (Star Schema/Snowflake schema), including FACT and DIMENSION table design and physical/logical modeling. (Critical)? Build efficient, scalable ETL transformations using components such as Aggregator, Join, Lookup, Merge, Funnel, Filter, Sort, Transformer. (High)? Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL to support transformations, validations, and performance tuning. (High)? Integrate data from diverse sources/targets including Oracle Connector, ODBC Connector, sequential files, datasets. (High)? Implement and support Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions. (High)? Use enterprise schedulers such as Control-M for batch orchestration and operational execution. (High)? Participate across the full SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. (Critical)? Build and support data pipelines using Snowflake and Azure Data Factory (ADF) (Azure pipelines). (High)? Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
