In this position you will own the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable analytics and streaming solutions that turn enterprise data into trustworthy, governed datasets for BI and advanced analytics. participate across the full data engineering lifecycle-gathering and clarifying requirements with business partners and modelers, shaping lakehouse and pipeline designs, and building and operating production ingestion and transformation. The Marketing Coordinator will own and elevate digital presence, expand social media engagement, and drive Salesforce and Mailchimp-powered email marketing initiatives. This person is responsible for the creative design of digital and print communications including email blasts, brochures, sales materials, and campaign collateral. Ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this position blends content creation, campaign execution, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You?ll work closely with leadership, sales, and sales operations to ensure cohesive messaging and aligned campaign timing.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management?Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid search, social media, and other digital platforms.?Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp and Salesforce platforms, including audience segmentation, content creation, design coordination, and performance tracking.?Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and deliverables across internal teams.Content Creation & Brand Communications?Develop written and visual marketing content including website updates, blogs, social media posts, brochures, print collateral, and sales materials.?Graphic design for marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, print campaigns, website redesign, and other internal sales and recruiting / new talent acquisition.?Support digital and print marketing communications for lead generation initiatives.?Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.Social Media & Digital Presence?Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms.?Develop engaging content strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.SEO & Digital Tools?Optimize website content for search engines and improve digital discoverability.?Manage content updates through CMS platforms (such as WordPress).?Support marketing initiatives using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.Data Analysis & Reporting?Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.?Monitor engagement, traffic, and campaign metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.?Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectivenessCollaboration & Project Coordination?Work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.?Support marketing and client events through planning and coordination.?Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Hosting Capacity Planning Department performs analysis of client’s Distribution system to determine the amount of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) generation that can be seamlessly added to the electric system without necessitating changes or upgrades. This position will support the growing needs from solar developers by providing Hosting Capacity maps of the Distribution system to aid them in their siting of potential generation projects. This position will be responsible to determine the available capacity and constraints on the Transmission system that impact the Solar Generator projects, provide capacity information for Distribution substation banks, create base cases, and determine the available Hosting Capacity for Solar load on each of our Distribution feeders.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
