Job Description
An employer is looking to hire a Scrum Master in the Atlanta, GA market. Serve as a Senior Scrum Master leading 2–3 Agile teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment supporting enterprise-wide banking conversion initiatives impacting Salesforce applications used across the organization. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) while ensuring teams remain focused on delivering high-quality, on-time outcomes aligned to conversion timelines. Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to manage priorities, dependencies, and risks associated with large-scale data and system migrations. Proactively remove blockers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Scrum Master Experience
Advanced Experience in Salesforce Integrations/Migrations (SaaS, Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing etc)
Excellent Collaboration and Leadership experience
Experience with leading new or inexperienced Scrum Team
CSM or PSM or SAFe Certified
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CSM Certified
Banking/Financial Services Experience
Salesforce Certified
