REMOTE Oracle EBS Data Analyst

Atlanta, GA

The Oracle Application Data Analyst will provide functional and analytical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules within the client’s enterprise environment. This position supports ongoing operations, modernization initiatives, and financial reporting efforts aligned with federal accounting, procurement, and data governance standards.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Oracle Financials, Procurement, HRMS, and Supply Chain modules, combined with strong analytical and integration skills. This role requires experience in federal financial management, SOX and FISMA compliance, and a strong understanding of data governance and audit readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional and Application Support?Provide functional and data analysis support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules including Financials, Procurement, HRMS, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).?Participate in at least three full-cycle EBS implementations, including configuration, testing, data migration, and post-production support.?Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring data integrity and timeliness of financial reporting.?Analyze and troubleshoot ERP data flows across modules; identify and resolve cross-functional data dependencies.?Ensure compliance with SOX, OMB A-123, and FASAB standards for internal controls and audit readiness.?Document system configurations, data mappings, and business process flows in accordance with client change management protocols.________________________________________Integration and System Tools?Support integration of Oracle EBS with external systems using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), APIs, XML Gateway, Web Services, and SFTP.?Utilize tools such as Toad, SQL Developer, Excel (macros, Power Query), and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.?Develop and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, data movement, and batch processing.?Apply version control practices (Git, SVN) and maintain SDLC documentation aligned with federal IT standards.?Assist with data cleansing, transformation, and validation for migration or reconciliation activities.________________________________________Business Analysis and Collaboration?Conduct business requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis for Oracle EBS enhancements or modernization efforts.?Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for developers and integration teams.?Perform root cause analysis and recommend process or data quality improvements.?Create dashboards, visualizations, and data stories to communicate business insights to program and executive stakeholders.?Collaborate with functional, technical, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operation and security compliance.?Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and post-implementation stabilization.?Operate under Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on project requirements.________________________________________Federal Compliance and Data Governance?Ensure data governance, integrity, and security in compliance with OMB, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Privacy Act requirements.?Maintain alignment with NIST SP 800-53 and agency-specific IT security baselines.?Support audit documentation, system change tracking, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) reviews.?Ensure compliance with CFO Act, Treasury reporting, and OMB Circular A-123 controls.?Contribute to Authority to Operate (ATO) documentation and security assessment activities.?Interface with federal systems (e.g., DoD, Treasury, or other client components) ensuring secure data exchange and reporting.?Utilize ServiceNow, SharePoint, and version control tools for change management, issue tracking, and documentation.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. REMOTE Oracle Systems Administrator

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) System Administrator will provide technical and operational support for the federal client’s cloud-based systems and services within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. This role is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and security of OCI components supporting SNS?s mission to enhance national preparedness and response capabilities.The successful candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of OCI technologies, Oracle Linux system administration, and federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53).Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Administration?Deploy, manage, and maintain Oracle Linux servers hosted in OCI environments along with IaaS and DBaaS supporting SNS systems.?Configure and administer NAT Instances, Dynamic Routing Gateways (DRG), VCNs, and other OCI networking components to ensure secure and resilient connectivity.?Manage File Storage and Object Storage resources, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and compliance with HHS and federal retention policies.?Implement and manage OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and compartment structures for least-privilege access.System Security & Compliance?Support Oracle Data Safe for data security, auditing, and activity monitoring of database assets.?Perform patching, vulnerability scanning, and remediation in accordance with HHS and federal security standards.?Ensure all OCI configurations adhere to FedRAMP Moderate baseline controls, NIST 800-53 security requirements, and HHS-specific security guidelines.?Assist in the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) and other documentation required for system Authority to Operate (ATO).Operations, Automation, & Support?Develop automation scripts and OCI CLI tools for resource provisioning, patch management, and performance monitoring.?Maintain accurate documentation of OCI architecture, system configurations, and operational procedures.?Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for OCI-hosted environments, collaborating with internal client security, development, and operations teams.?Participate in incident response, continuity of operations (COOP), and disaster recovery planning and testing.Collaboration & Mission Support?Work closely with client cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and program management teams to ensure reliable and secure operations of mission-critical systems.?Contribute to modernization initiatives supporting public health emergency preparedness and response platforms.?Support audits, security assessments, and configuration reviews as required by the client.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Application Database Administrator (DBA) to support client systems operating within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. The candidate will manage, maintain, and optimize databases and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based applications while ensuring system reliability, security, and compliance with federal IT policies.This role requires extensive experience with Oracle databases, Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 and higher), and Oracle Cloud Identity Services (IDCS/ICS Federation), along with a deep understanding of OCI database administration, patching, and migration operations.The OCI Application DBA will play a critical role in supporting HHS?s modernization and cloud adoption strategy, ensuring secure, performant, and compliant database services for mission-critical applications.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDatabase Administration & Maintenance?Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Database Servers, RAC/Grid infrastructure, and E-Business Suite databases in OCI.?Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity management to ensure high availability and efficiency.?Manage backup and recovery operations using RMAN, ensuring data resilience and disaster recovery readiness.?Conduct database patching, cloning, and refreshing activities for development, testing, and production environments.?Implement and maintain database security, user roles, and privileges consistent with HHS and federal security requirements (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53).Cloud Integration & Identity Management?Integrate and support Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS/ICS Federation) for Single Sign-On (SSO) and centralized identity management across HHS enterprise systems.?Collaborate with security and application teams to configure authentication, federation, and access controls.?Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues related to OCI and EBS integrations.Migrations & Cloud Operations?Perform database migrations from on-premises Oracle environments to OCI using Data Pump, RMAN, GoldenGate, or equivalent migration tools.?Support the configuration of OCI Database Systems (DB Systems, Autonomous DB, Exadata Cloud Service) and connectivity within OCI networks.?Assist with OCI automation, monitoring, and patching through OCI CLI, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform).Security & Compliance?Apply database security best practices, including encryption, auditing, and least privilege access controls.?Participate in vulnerability remediation, patch compliance verification, and system hardening in alignment with HHS cybersecurity guidelines.?Ensure continuous compliance with FedRAMP Moderate/High and NIST 800-53 standards.Collaboration & Documentation?Collaborate closely with application, functional, and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues and implement performance or security improvements.?Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration management records, and change control documentation.?Support automation initiatives to streamline database provisioning, patching, and backup tasks.?Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-implementation reviews.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
