A healthcare client is seeking to hire a Jira Developer to integrate their internal and third-party systems’ APIs as the organization does an enterprise wide Jira implementation. Currently, their project delivery teams are using several different tools for their development, ITSM, operational workflows and project management processes. As part of this new Jira Implementation effort, the developer is responsible for developing custom Jira solutions to ensure seamless data exchange with other systems using APIs and webhooks. This role requires strong development skills and a deep understanding of the Atlassian platform. Key Responsibilities include: ? Design and Implementation: Design and develop complex workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes to meet business requirements.? API Integration: Integrate Jira with other internal and third-party tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, monitoring tools) using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.? Custom Development: Develop and maintain Jira plugins and add-ons using the Atlassian Plugin SDK or Atlassian Forge platform to extend Jira’s functionality.? Automation: Implement automation rules for processes such as SLAs, routing, approvals, and escalations using built-in automation features or scripting languages like Groovy.? A global infrastructure engineering software client is seeking a highly skilled Civil Software Consultant to deliver expert-level advisory, configuration, and training services to a portfolio of 5?10 premier transportation-industry customers. In this role, the consultant will work on three-month, project-based engagements, partnering closely with clients to understand their goals and design effective workflows using our clients civil design solutions, including OpenRoads and OpenRail. Responsibilities include leading technical project work, delivering advanced training and product demonstrations, creating digital learning content, and mentoring other consultants while contributing to continuous product improvement.
