You?ll work in a swarm model, focusing the team on one priority product at a time to deliver measurable ADA/WCAG accessibility improvements before moving to the next. This role is fully front-end, where you?ll develop and refine ReactJS, HTML, and CSS components, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, and support legacy UI by working with JSPs or similar technologies. You?ll collaborate closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to implement pre-written accessibility requirements, validate outcomes against VPAT, and document improvements. Daily responsibilities include participating in standups, using GitHub workflows for pull requests and code reviews, and proactively surfacing risks or blockers. Our large life insurance client is hiring for a premium analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for posting premiums for the company as well as handling any trouble shooting, issue resolution, and research (including talking to brokers, policy holders etc). They will be working heavily in excel, with data entry, data manipulation, reporting and analysis. They will be responsible for meeting month end financial goals. This is a very analytical position, and a strong candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a high volume environment. This is a Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. You?ll work closely with two Principal Data Scientists and own a feature within a broader education technology initiative. Your tasks will be assigned via Jira by a project manager, and you?ll collaborate with engineering to push code into production. While you won?t be responsible for defining features, you?ll execute on them independently, relying on the Principal Data Scientist for guidance and feedback.
