Insight Global is looking for a IT network Engineer to support our client located in Detroit, MI. This individual will support a network monitoring team responsible for maintaining and monitoring the enterprise network, including performing upgrades, patching, and application maintenance. The engineer will provide ongoing network support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure systems remain stable and up to date. Some off-hours work may be required to complete upgrades or maintenance activities. The role involves working closely with one other individual on a continuous basis, sharing responsibilities and collaborating daily, with a strong emphasis on learning, knowledge sharing, and adapting to new technologies.Compensation:$28/hr to $33/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The position will function as the IT Technical Support Transition and Knowledge Transfer Manager in support of the Labor & Economic Opportunity (LEO), Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA) Solution Program. This is a large scale, complex IT modernization project with high visibility in the State of Michigan?s IT Investment Portfolio. The IT Technical Support Transition and Knowledge Transfer Manager will work with Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) Agency Services team to coordinate/facilitate the specific activities within their realm of responsibility that includes IT technical support transition in all program areas. This role will help define, schedule, control, and adjust all IT transition tasks of the project. This role is a specialized project manager responsible for the facilitation of the IT technical support transition and technical knowledge transfer. $50/hr to $53/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
