Insight Global is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of North America’s largest retail and wellness companies. This individual will be working on a mobile stock room application which allows store workers to find products quicker for purchase in-store and online. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:? Identify, gather, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed requirements and actionable functional specifications? Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization in consultation with the Product Manager. ? Align with Program, Product and business stakeholders on dependencies, delivery, and scope. ? Create Epics and user stories in JIRA and documents in Confluence. ? Partner with Quality Assurance and Development members to validate new features & enhancements, issue tracking and assists in deployment. ? Prepare and deliver user training and documentation for relevant processes, systems, and projects. ? Manage assigned projects or project deliverables including requirements, process maps, functional and configuration specifications, training material, issue logs, production support tickets and other deliverables as required. ? Work with application developers through the development and configuration cycles to ensure systems and modification meet business needs. ? Be thoroughly involved in the QA and validating acceptance criteria process, which includes validating datasets, validating acceptance criteria, and writing bugs if needed. ? Seek and receive feedback from users and implementation partners, evaluate needs and respond accordingly.? A large North American construction company has recently completed a major Coupa implementation as part of a broader procurement modernization initiative. You will be responsible for guiding suppliers of all sizes?from small family-run businesses to large enterprise vendors?through the onboarding process. The Program Manager will evaluate newly enabled capabilities, identify what value has been unlocked, and drive measurable improvements in quality outcomes. A strong call center background is essential, including experience with quality scoring, compliance requirements, and workforce management practices. Microsoft Copilot will be a key focus area, with this role orchestrating use cases, tracking adoption and ROI, and delivering executive-level reporting.
