This individual will play a critical role in ensuring site safety compliance, enforcing safety procedures, and proactively supporting a high-risk, fast-paced construction environment.The ideal candidate brings strong BCSP credentials and hands-on experience managing safety on hyperscale data center or similar large industrial build projects.Key Responsibilities? Enforce and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures? Lead and support safety practices, hazard identification, and risk mitigation? Conduct safety inspections, audits, and field observations during night operations? Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations? Partner closely with site leadership, subcontractors, and safety teams? Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety standards?
