As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of various self-perform construction projects. You will lead our internal Construction team and collaborate cross-functionally with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering departments to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. What You?ll Do- Lead a team comprising Project Coordinators, Buyers, Superintendents, and craft personnel – Foster a culture focused on safety and quality across projects and throughout the company- Conduct constructability reviews of design packages- Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude to align stakeholders with project goals- Identify project risks and opportunities, actively managing them throughout the project lifecycle- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements- Interface with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teamsPay Range for this role is $50 – $100 per hour depending on years of experience and educationWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of manufacturing facilities. You will serve as the primary coordinator of field operations, working cross-functionally with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
