Business Systems Analyst

San Antonio, TX

This Business Analyst will support both a budget system implementation (Sherpa BFM) and a Budget-to-Report (B2R) workstream within an SAP transformation. This person acts as the bridge between Finance/Budget teams, IT/data teams, and external implementation partners.? Partner with finance, budget, and technical teams to gather requirements and define future-state processes? Support system configuration, including workflows, forms, security, and reporting structures? Validate financial and HR data loads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy? Participate in testing cycles (UAT, integration), including executing test cases, identifying defects, and driving resolution? Help design, review, and validate reports, dashboards, and financial outputs to meet business and leadership needs? Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues? Contribute to training materials and support end users during testing, go-live, and adoption phases? Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide clear updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed? L2 Support Engineer

Irving, TX

We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to support production systems and resolve production incidents for our Java/Spring-based applications. The ideal candidate has strong Spring (Java) skills, working knowledge of Kubernetes and core DevOps practices, and basic familiarity with Angular. This role is part of the L2 run operations team and will work closely with the DevOps team to ensure system availability, incident resolution, deployments, monitoring, and ongoing operational improvements.Key Responsibilities:? Provide L2/ L3 production support for Spring-based Java applications, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.? Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents within defined SLAs.? Diagnose and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues across the stack.? Work with the DevOps team to manage CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release activities.? Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters (deployments, pods, services, ingress, config maps, secrets).? Support container lifecycle management (Docker) and assist with container image builds and registries.? Monitor system health and performance using logging and monitoring tools; tune and optimize where needed.? Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and fix production bugs; provide guidance on reliability and operability best practices.? Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective/preventive actions.? Maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures for incident response.? Assist with automation and configuration management tasks.? JD:We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support timekeeping operations, payroll data management, and branch-level issue resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate time submission, maintaining employee records, and resolving time and payroll-related discrepancies across systems.Key Responsibilities:Time AdministrationManage timekeeping for corporate departments, ensuring accurate weekly time submission into SAP.Validate that branch-submitted time batches are processed correctly and successfully uploaded into SAP.Monitor and resolve discrepancies, including dashboard errors and time reporting issues.Branch SupportProvide support to branch teams through a ticketing system (email and Microsoft Teams) for all time-related inquiries.Investigate and resolve issues such as missing time entries, incorrect balances, or deleted time batches.Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving timekeeping issues in a timely manner.Data Entry & System MaintenancePerform manual data entry to transfer timekeeping data between SAP and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.Create and maintain employee profiles in WFM, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SAP records.Manage profile setup for rehires, including creating new WFM profiles when previous records have been terminated.Maintain data integrity across systems through ongoing updates and verification.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
