Position OverviewThe Senior Accountant serves as a key financial leader within Zone Enterprises, responsible for managing the company?s day-to-day accounting operations and delivering accurate, timely monthly financial reporting. This role functions as the company?s primary bookkeeper and will work closely with the VP of Finance to ensure financial integrity, support strategic decision-making, and maintain strong financial discipline across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparationDeliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMaintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with leadershipAnalyze financial results and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisionsAssist with Accounts Payable oversight, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiencySupport audits, tax preparation, and external reporting requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyPartner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to ensure financial alignmentWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
