A large healthcare organization based in Nashville is looking for API Architects to join their Technology, Architecture, and Innovation team in Nashville. These resources would need to be local to Nashville and work onsite 5 days a week. We are seeking middleware/REST API developers who can think abstractly, interpret existing APIs and data models, and redesign, refactor, or build new where applicable. As the Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our customers. You will assist customers with product inquiries, comments, and concerns, and help troubleshoot, provide tutorial assistance, and escalate internally when additional assistance is needed. You will also capture support processes, FAQ?s, and create help center documentation. In addition, you will strive to reach department goals and initiatives that are set as a team to help grow and scale the company while providing responsive customer support. A client is seeking a temporary legal professional to support the Office of General Counsel with a large backlog of Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) and Engagement Terms review. This individual will assist with reviewing, categorizing, and tagging legal documents within Intapp Terms.This role is focused on identifying key provisions, classifying terms appropriately, and supporting the intake of historical documents into the system. The individual will not be providing legal advice, negotiating terms, or working directly with clients. The need is expected to be six months.
