The Quality Technician I?s primary responsibilities are the simple evaluation of function of electronic products and the inspection of finished and purchased products, raw materials, and miscellaneous supplies by performing visual, basic dimensional, and documentation inspection per specified procedures or instructions within the framework of the FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 standards. Key Responsibilities:1. Performs routine visual inspection of partially complete, complete, or packaged products per procedure, specification, print, catalog, and/or visual standard.2. Performs inspection of product per procedure, specification or print using basic measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, tape, height gage, etc.) and functional testing (measuring current/voltage using multimeter and/or measuring impedance using an impedance analyzer).3. Performs review of product documentation to verify acceptability per specification and GMP requirements.4. Evaluates EXOGEN devices returned due to field complaints. Must be able to reason through the analysis to determine the cause of product failure.5. Completes documentation of inspection results and special studies when required.6. Uses inventory management software to perform work-in-process, inventory transactions and SPC data collection.7. Completes documentation using good documentation practices (GDP) and records deviation data in appropriate systems.8. Performs all related duties as defined by the supervisor.9. Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus? Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.10. Our Marketing and Communications department is seeking a driven and results-oriented Communications Specialist to support communications during an important period of organizational integration. This role will play a key part in developing and executing communications that help team members understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to know and do. The ideal candidate brings strong written and verbal communication skills, sound communication planning and project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This person will partner closely with Communications, Change Management, and leaders across the organization to develop thoughtful communications strategies, plans, timelines, messaging, and content that reach the right audiences with the right message, at the right time, and through the right channel. The Communications Specialist will have the opportunity to support integration communications as well as broader organizational communications, helping translate complex business and organizational information into clear, concise, and compelling communications that drive understanding, engagement, and action. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. They bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying communication needs and recommending effective solutions.DAY TO DAY: ?Develops and executes communication plans and strategies that support organizational priorities, integration initiatives, and change management efforts?Partners with Communications and Change Management leaders to plan and deliver communications that help team members understand organizational changes, key milestones, and impacts?Owns communication timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple projects, ensuring communications are delivered accurately and on schedule?Writes creative, clear, and compelling copy ? long- and short-form ? for a variety of channels and audiences, including executive communications, emails, internal newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and more?Develops thoughtful messaging for complex or sensitive topics and translates business information into clear, accessible communications?Develops communications for multiple audiences, including executive leadership, senior leaders, people leaders, and team members across a dispersed workforce?Partners with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to gather information, develop messaging, review content, and ensure communications are aligned to business objectives?Develops and maintains communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines?Identifies communication needs and proactively recommends appropriate audiences, channels, timing, and messaging?Supports internal newsletters and other ongoing organizational communications, from topic development and content creation through review and distribution?Researches and identifies relevant topics, trends, and themes that align with organizational priorities and overarching messaging?Tailors content and communication approaches to the needs, interests, and expectations of different audiences?Provides communications counsel and perspective to partners, helping determine the most effective communication approach for a given objective or audience?Reviews and edits communications for accuracy, clarity, tone, style, grammar, and consistency?Juggles multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment?Manages workload independently, proactively communicating risks, dependencies, and changes in priorities?Builds strong working relationships across Communications, Change Management, Marketing, and business functions?May require other duties as assignedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
