The CRM Functional Admin will manage the functional design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, configuring and customizing D365 modules, and leading functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. The CRM Functional Admin will serve as the primary point of contact between the CRM business users and will liaison with the IT technical team when developer requirements are needed, ensuring the solution is delivered to meet client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative solutions.The successful candidate will be able to proactively communicate and work together with stakeholders and project teams to analyze business needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: requirements, use cases, functional specification, interface mockups, wireframes, test cases.
