They are accountable for product category leadership, growth, retention, expansion, adoption, platform use, and financial performance. Working across AI/ML, Product, Engineering, Finance, Go-to-Market, and Customer teams, the Domain Leader sets overall product strategy, goals, pricing and business line KPIs. They balance investment in new capabilities and markets with improving the quality, performance, and cost of existing products. They align teams around shared outcomes, resolve tradeoffs, and focus high velocity product pods on the highest-value work?building for long-term growth while delivering results now. The Domain Leader owns the strategy, direction, and success of a portfolio of Communications and Content Management solutions serving government customers.This leader is responsible for defining what products and capabilities should be built, why they matter, and how they create meaningful value for customers. They lead product teams operating in small, high-velocity AI-first pods, rapidly testing concepts, validating ideas with customers, and scaling successful innovations across the portfolio.The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about both Product Management and AI. They understand customer problems, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. A global government technology organization is seeking a Senior Director, Control Plane to join their team. The Senior Director, Control Plane leads the shared delivery system every product team uses to build, test and release software. The Control Plane is the release gate for every commercial product. It supplies development environments, CI/CD, approved AI agent tooling and automated quality and security checks, with audit evidence captured on every release. The product teams work in small pods of Prototypers and Scalers who direct AI agents to build and maintain our products. You set the standards for how those agents work across hundreds of engineers and own the speed, safety and cost of what we ship. You report to the Chief Technology Officer and lead a team of developer-platform, CI/CD, DevOps and agent-tooling engineers. Government agencies rely on this organization’s products to serve their residents. A secure, dependable delivery system lets our teams improve those products quickly while meeting the regulatory obligations our customers carry. This role builds and governs the AI capabilities our engineers use every day. You select and approve coding agents, design the harness and evaluations that govern them, and set their autonomy by risk class. You use approved AI tools in your own work and measure their effect on delivery speed, quality and cost. What your impact will look like: -Lead the Control Plane organization, hiring and developing developer-platform, CI/CD, DevOps and agent-tooling engineers. -Build and run the paved delivery path: development environments, CI/CD, testing, deployment and rollback for every supported stack. -Consolidate delivery onto one CI/CD system and set the supported stacks, each classed adopt, hold or retire. -Own the agent harness: approved coding agents, shared context, evaluations and autonomy levels set by risk class. -Embed quality, security and accessibility checks in the pipeline, with audit evidence that supports regulatory and customer assurance obligations, including FedRAMP. -Operate the AI gateway that routes model calls and attributes cost to each pod. -Use agent-driven analysis of our codebases to set harness priorities and track agent-readiness across the portfolio. -Run the Control Plane as a product, with a roadmap, a backlog and adoption targets, and product pods as its customers. -Turn each repeated agent failure into a new guide, check or gate. -Partner with Security, Data & Cloud, Service Performance & Operations, the Coherence Plane and Product Executives on standards, infrastructure and release readiness. -Report delivery speed, stability, AI economics and cost per change with Product & Technology Operations.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. A global leader in innovation is looking for two IC Validation Engineers to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. This person will work with the team validating the company’s storage and PCIe switch silicon products. They will work with the development engineering departments (hardware and software) in validating and debugging new products in a lab environment.? This team is continually working with state of the art equipment on leading edge storage silicon spanning across the pre (emulation) and post silicon validation cycle.?Responsibilities:Construct, review, and execute robust validation test plans on emulation platforms and prototype siliconDevelop C/cplusplus based embedded firmware and or/host software tools and applications for low level system validationDevelop test scripts to control protocol exercisers and automate various validation tools and equipmentWork in parallel with the software development, FPGA Emulation, and IC Design teams as part of the pre/post silicon validation processWork with the board development team on validation and reference board designs and new product requirementsDrive technical debug and resolution of issues encountered at the complete system level.? Propose creative workarounds and implement solutions to complex problems.Work with external customers on initial silicon bring-up and system level integration/troubleshootingEffectively present technical information to teams of engineers.? Educate Field Application Engineers (FAEs) on new product features and operation?Work with the Technical Publications group on engineering notes, data sheets, and architectural manualsThis will be an onsite position in Colorado Springs, with regular schedule Monday-Friday. The offer will depend on experience, ranging from $91-146k, with a 20% yearly bonus and substantial RSU package.
