HYBRID The VP, Sales & Marketing is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and scaling commercial sales function for Telecom Engineering Services. This is a player/coach role, leading a small team of Solutions Engineers, Marketing and Client Directors, who own the full new-logo and strategic account sales cycle for our clients Network?s software and services across the fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and broader telecommunications engineering market. The VP, Sales & Marketing translates the VP, Telecom Engineering Services? commercial strategy into team-level quotas, territory design, and day-to-day sales execution, while remaining actively engaged in the field by coaching Client Directors through complex deals, building relationships with senior stakeholders at key accounts, and helping close strategic opportunities. A client of Insight Global in the online market research industry is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their team. This person will be helping to support business growth for an online market research firm, and the ideal candidate has experience selling market research, online survey panels, consumer insights, data collection, etc.This role is suited for someone who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and close deals with agencies, firms, brands, etc. This is a remote work-from-home position based in the United States. The candidate should be self motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams via email, video calls, CRM systems, and project management tools. We are looking to pay anywhere between $60,000-$95,000 base salary depending on years of experience. There is a commission plan on top of the base salary as well. This role will act as an “Independent Contractor” role, so there is no benefits package offered.
