This Accounts Payable position is responsible for the accurate and timely review and entry of invoices into Oracle, meeting or exceeding departmental processing standards. The role includes maintaining accurate records, resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments, and assisting users with Accounts Payable questions, policies, and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Day to day, the role involves validating clinical documentation, resolving edits or denials, and collaborating with providers or CDI teams to clarify diagnoses and procedures. The coder is expected to maintain productivity and quality standards while staying current on regulatory and payer-specific requirements.Day-to-day responsibilities:? An employer is looking for 2 Point of Sale Application Analysts for on-site, contract opportunities in the Portland, Oregon area. The client is a large retailer, and the Application Analysts will be supporting a regional banner store in their pilot and rollout of a newly implemented Point of Sale (POS) system across approximately 120 West Coast retail stores. This is a hands-on technical role supporting a large-scale store rollout. The team is lean, and they need an analyst who can independently triage, investigate logs, and resolve issues in a new POS environment with limited documentation. This role is higher level than a traditional support center position and requires strong troubleshooting capabilities across application, hardware and store-level operations. Key Responsibilities: ? Support pilot and phased rollout of new POS system in over 120 retail stores? Perform advanced triage of POS incidents and operational issues? Analyze system and application logs to identify root cause? Troubleshoot POS software and hardware integration issues? Partner with store teams and internal support teams to resolve escalations? Provide stabilization support during rollout waves? Document findings, recurring issues, and resolution steps?
