90-100/hr. pay rate rangeJOB DESCRIPTIONGreif is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to establish and lead a growing portfolio of emerging initiatives within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This role operates as a senior, independent portfolio leader and serves as a key partner to IT leadership in shaping, governing, and accelerating initiatives from idea through scale. Although this role will not have any direct reports, it carries influence through cross-functional leadership, executive partnership, and portfolio decision-making. This is a foundational role responsible for not only managing the portfolio, but also for designing and implementing the processes, templates, governance mechanisms, and ways of working required to operate it effectively. As demand increases across the organization, this role ensures that ideas are surfaced, evaluated, prioritized, executed, and transitioned to enterprise delivery with discipline and transparency without slowing innovation. This is not a coordination or administrative role; it requires proactive ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to operate confidently with senior leaders.
