We are seeking a Strategic Technical Product Manager to support an Insurance IT organization within the AI & Automation domain. This role will focus on Personal Productivity products and initiatives, and will partner closely with business stakeholders, customer engagement leads, AI champions, and Delivery Leaders to develop the product strategy and roadmap. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:-Leads the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, including the epic backlog, ensuring strong alignment with business goals and customer needs.-Leads collaboration with business stakeholders, customer engagement leads, and AI champions to gather and prioritize product opportunities.-Stays informed on latest AI trends and advancements in AI-Ensures opportunities fit within the product vision and strategy, and routes opportunities to other product areas as needed-Responsible for conducting feedback and consultations with customers-May define and drive product strategy by aligning business objectives with long-term technical innovation, ensuring scalability and future-proofing product decisions.-Partners with Delivery Leaders to ensure timely delivery of key capabilities, features, and enhancements.-Serves as the key point of contact for all product-related inquiries. Communicates product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders across the organization.-Partners with UX Designers and Delivery Leaders on end-user advocacy, and ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet high standards of quality.-Leverages technical knowledge to partner with delivery teams on feasibility and complexity considerations when making prioritization decisions-Leverages technical knowledge to understand impact and implications at a strategic level-Tracks and analyzes product performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and implements data-driven strategies to optimize product performance.-Fosters a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams.-Partners on OCM planning and coordination to ensure successful product launches.-May utilize AI-Assisted rapid prototyping to validate ideas and support discovery efforts-May evaluate emerging technologies, architecture decisions, and integration approaches to optimize performance, security, and system compatibility.-May drive market research and competitive analysis to identify significant opportunities and threats.-May be responsible for the performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.-Performs other duties as assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. While this position does not require direct email responses, it demands precision, a background in operations, and proficiency in Outlook features such as folders and rules. In this role, you?ll be responsible for the full scope of the outlets business, including Front and Back of House operations, marketing, sales, financial performance, HR, and facility upkeep. You?ll serve as the hands-on leader setting the tone for service excellence, building and motivating strong teams, and creating a culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and pride in the operation. Key Responsibilities:Operations & Financial Performance- Own all aspects of multi-outlet operations, including staffing, training, service execution, cleanliness, maintenance, scheduling, and administrative oversight.- Drive financial results by managing budgets, controlling labor and F&B costs, and increasing revenue through menu optimization, service improvements, portion control, and waste reduction.- Ensure operational excellence through strict food safety and sanitation compliance, routine audits and inspections, policy enforcement, and close partnership with leadership and the Beverage Manager.Guest Experience- Own the end-to-end guest experience, ensuring consistently high standards for product quality, service execution, and timing while addressing guest feedback in real time.- Maintain a strong on-floor presence, actively engaging with guests and setting the tone for exceptional hospitality.- Organize restaurant operations to ensure efficient service flow, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.Human Resources (People & Leadership)- Lead all aspects of team member relations, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, recognition, and retention.- Create a high-engagement culture by setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and supporting continuous development.- Provide consistent, honest feedback and establish operational guidelines that support effective recruiting and long-term team retention.Compensation & Benefits:- $85,500 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and education.- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and more!We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
