A customer of Insight Global is looking at add 3 Lead Software Architects to their team to help support cleared customer sites (Springfield VA, Dulles VA, and/or St. Louis). These individuals will be designing and building mission-critical solutions on geospatial analytics and visualization platform. Day to day responsibilities include technical design efforts, write high-quality, high-performance code, and guide development teams through clean, maintainable implementations. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan work, meet mission and compliance objectives, support testing and deployment, participate in code reviews, and deliver innovative solutions with immediate operational impact. Insight Global is looking to add a Delivery Lead to their client?s Data & Analytics organization. This person will own the end-to-end delivery of logistics and transportation initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time with high quality and operational reliability. They will support and enhance Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related logistics data products, ensuring business users have accurate, timely data to drive insights into transportation performance, pricing, and KPIs, etc. They will act as a key liaison between business, product, and engineering teams and will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, identifying gaps in definition, and partnering with Product Managers to clarify scope before work reaches engineering. They will work closely with engineers to provide business context, facilitate effective technical discussions, and proactively identify and escalate risks related to delivery quality and timelines. This role also leads or supports incident management for data, analytics, and logistics systems by triaging issues, determining actionability, collaborating with engineering on resolution, and ensuring incidents are documented and addressed to prevent recurrence. Insight Global is seeking 4 Maintenance Technicians to join our client?s maintenance team at a high-volume bottling plant. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production line operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining equipment performance. The highest priority of this role is executing production line changeovers. You will be responsible for removing and installing parts for new runs and these changeovers can take anywhere from 30minutes to 3 hours. The second highest priority is line performance optimization. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues impacting production rates and machine efficiency. The way you receive these requests are by taking calls from the line and monitoring it. The third priority is preventative maintenance to prevent failures and ensuring optimal performance of the machines.
