An employer is looking for a Sr. Project Manager for one of our top utility clients in the Nation. This Project Manager is accountable for the on-time, on-budget delivery of a multiyear capital Data Modernization program. We are looking for someone who has experience running large multimillion dollar projects within Enterprise Data environments. Anyone who has work on any data governance projects or has knowledge of Enterprise Data environments will be able to hit the ground running. The PM is responsible for planning the work, managing a cross-functional team comprised of employees, contractors, and vendors at distributed work locations, mitigating issues and risks, and communicating status. The PM is also responsible for forecasting costs, tracking actuals, and explaining variances. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record managing complex projects with layers of high visibility, vendor and SI management, and multi-year commitments. This role falls within their IT Service Delivery space where they are currently working on a large Regulatory initiative for the organization. In order for the Test Lead to be successful in this role they must have Business Analyst experience and be comfortable gathering air-tight requirements, excellent communication across any level in an organization and the ability to build out proper test plans. This will be someone who knows how to test software in an Application Development environment. This person will define structure around the testing, help navigate the team on how to test, and execute on the testing. The TPMO Program Manager to serve as a primary execution partner for Program Leader Engagement within the Transformation PMO. This role will focus heavily on facilitating, supporting, and enabling program leaders across transformational initiatives. Ensuring leaders are aligned, informed, and equipped to engage effectively with the business.This role is intentionally leader-facing and will act as the connective tissue between programs, TPMO leadership, and the broader organization. While TPMO leadership will retain strategic ownership and facilitation authority, this role will own preparation, coordination, insights, and follow-through to ensure engagement activities are effective and sustainable in steady state.
