Insight Global is seeking a Paid Social Media Content Creator with one of our clients in the retail space. They will own the development of high-performing paid social assets while also supporting organic content creation across multiple brand channels. This role blends creativity, advertising strategy, hands-on production, and platform-native storytelling.You will be responsible for ideating, scripting, filming, editing, and producing compelling paid ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You?ll partner closely with Brand Marketing and the Social Media Team to develop a cohesive content strategy, contribute to trend discovery, and ensure creative aligns with brand goals.This role requires comfort filming in grocery stores, a strong understanding of paid social best practices, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver high-volume, high-quality content quickly.Day to day: Take full ownership of creating paid social assets for the Brand Marketing & Social Media Team, from concept to final delivery ? with a focus on video assets? Produce platform-specific video ads tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.? Develop and record voiceovers, hooks, scripts, and ad storylines optimized for performance.? Apply best practices in paid social creative, including thumb-stopping visuals, rapid pacing, and strong CTAs.? Provide best practices and ways to optimize efforts based on performance data and platform trends.? Stay on top of social trends bringing fresh, creative and out of the box ideas to the table? G3 Water Engineers is looking for a detail oriented individual with a thorough understanding of water and wastewater treatment process design as well as experience interfacing with clients, overseeing the project design, and managing engineering budgets up to six figures in value to join our team of experienced engineers in Boise, Idaho. Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading equipment manufacturer within the semiconductor industry. This individual will be responsible for working onsite at one of their clients in Chandler, AZ. For the first 6 months you will go through thorough training both in a class room environment and on the job. Once completed you will be the acting support representative, assisting in any repairs or routine maintenance of their equipment. Each day you will begin by learning from the previous shift what activities were completed and what is still pending completion. You will also sit down with the clients leadership team to discuss any critical updates and align on priorities for that day. Strong documentation and communication skills is a must for this team as you will be responsible for providing updates to the team directly along with documentation inside of their tool. Additional responsibilities:-Perform on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment- Troubleshoots equipment problems- Maintains records and reports as required- Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions- Orders and installs parts- Responds to emergency service calls as required- Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance- Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed- Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials- Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
