You will work to understand the opportunities and challenges of each project, organize scattered information into a concise and complete message, document and communicate to every team member.What You?ll Do?Project Start-Up/Initiation including contracts, RFPs, work authorizations, creation and/or maintenance of project directories, cloud-based file sharing sites, opening project and sub-project numbers. Maintenance of logs (project IDs, scope, schedule, responsible parties), meeting coordination. Preparation of meeting agendas/notes. ?Design Documentation/Construction Administration Phases tasks include file sharing, contract and invoice management, design review documentation, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, issue resolution logs, design QA/QC initiation, RFI/Submittal logs, and managing deliverables and providing weekly updates. Weekly reports for important communications for tasks to EPC teams?Site visits including reviewing and documenting existing conditions or construction progress.?Coordination with AHJ?s including permit submissions, project reviews, processing fees.
