Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator, this person will be supporting a large client and will be onsite in Southeastern CT. This person will work within an IT PMO supporting both application development and infrastructure projects. They will align with PMO leadership across multiple initiatives to support Project Managers by organizing and facilitating project status meetings, preparing agendas and capturing meeting noties. They will also help track project action items, risks issues and follow up with stakeholders. They will assist in maintaining project documents and artifacts to monitor milestones and ensure deliverables are met. The goal os this role is to develop project management skills, increasing project ownership with the goal of moving into a Project Manager role over time.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to facilitate meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks on time
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)
Exposure to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management certifications
Experience creating project documentation, status reports, and meeting materials
