Job Description

This Executive Assistant role provides high-level support to the CEO and leadership team within a fast-paced, growth-oriented healthcare organization. Acting as a trusted partner, the position is responsible for managing executive operations, communications, scheduling, and priorities to maximize efficiency and organizational impact. The role requires strong anticipation of executive needs, coordination of complex meetings and travel (including board and investor engagements), and handling of highly confidential information. This individual will also leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and support reporting, presentations, and decision-making in a hybrid work environment.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom
Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and office administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
High level of adaptability, discretion, and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience supporting high-level executives in complex organizations
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI)
Experience with expense management platforms (e.g., Emburse)
Exposure to travel management systems (e.g., AmTrav)
