Manage construction schedules using Primavera.? Monitor performance to ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.? Lead weekly meetings to review manpower and equipment needs.? Manage contract execution, change orders, and subcontractor performance.? Document and analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.?
