IT Systems is responsible for driving alignment across the Americas Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT Systems Business Unit organizations to ensure accurate, actionable visibility into pipeline, orders, sales performance, and key financial metrics. This role serves as a critical connector across functions, enabling informed decision‑making and strong execution within the IT Systems Business Unit. In addition, this role supports regional product strategy and planning efforts, builds compelling business cases for new product development initiatives, and drives execution and lifecycle management of existing products. The Senior Product Manager also acts as the centralized source of market and customer intelligence for the Americas region, ensuring product strategy and execution are grounded in real‑world customer and competitive insights.

Required Skills & Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the Americas Region for IT Systems related topics in Pipeline, Orders, Sales, and Demand Planning meetings.
· Analysis of and efforts to improve margin and profitability of the IT Systems Business Unit and its subsidiary Product Lines.
· Partner directly with the IT Systems Business Unit, Americas Finance, Sales, and Sales Ops to support pricing initiatives.
· Liaise closely with the Americas IT Systems Technical Sales/Application Engineering Teams.
· Identify market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and monitor the competitive landscape.
· Partner with the IT Systems Business Unit, Sales and Sales Ops to ensure Sales Enablement processes and best practices are established for new and evolving products.
· Collect voice of customers and share with global product teams to support roadmap creation and prioritization.
· Develop metrics and track post-launch sales performance of new offerings including sales, orders, pipeline, and quotation.
· Support IT Systems Strategic Planning efforts for the Americas Region, partnering with the IT Systems Business Unit, the Americas Strategy Team, the Americas Finance Team, and Americas Sales Teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 8-10 years in technical, product, strategic planning, sales, product marketing, or directly related experience.
· Experience with IT Systems products and solutions preferred.
· Experience with the IT Distribution Channel preferred.
· Strong business acumen and ability to act as the CEO for the products being covered.
· Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
· Technical expertise to translate stakeholder needs/pain points to solutions.
· Strong organizational skills with an ability to combine long-term and short-term goals by setting priorities.
· Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive.
· Attitude to act as a leader in their role and with curiosity in all that is new (market trends, new technologies etc.).
· Language skills: fluent in English, written and verbal required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet and other business applications.
