The Plumbing / Piping Superintendent is responsible for leading plumbing and piping operations on large-scale, $150M ground-up projects within a single facility. This role provides overall field leadership across General Foremen, Foremen, and large craft teams, ensuring execution, safety, quality, and schedule alignment across complex, high-dollar projects.Projects are strictly ground-up hospital and medical facilities or large-scale commercial construction, including data centers, universities, and semiconductor facilities.This role is not aligned with residential construction or oil & gas backgrounds.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all plumbing and piping field operations on $150M ground-up projects within a single facilityOversee and direct General Foremen, ensuring consistent execution across all work areasDevelop and manage overall manpower strategy and labor loadingDrive project sequencing, production planning, and schedule adherenceCoordinate plumbing/piping scope with other trades to avoid conflicts and delaysEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all crewsMaintain consistent quality standards and inspection readinessMonitor progress and implement recovery plans when schedule or manpower risks ariseSupport testing, inspections, and final turnover activitiesServe as the primary field point of contact for plumbing/piping executionCommunicate project status, risks, and manpower needs to leadershipWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. The Plumbing / Piping Foreman is a hands-on, working foreman responsible for installing commercial plumbing and piping systems while coordinating daily tasks in the field. This role spends the majority of time working with tools alongside the crew, not managing projects or leading foremen.This position supports ground-up hospital and medical facility construction as well as large-scale commercial projects including data centers, universities, and semiconductor facilities.Residential construction and oil & gas experience are not applicable for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily installation work for commercial plumbing and piping systemsInstall piping systems per drawings and specifications (domestic water, sanitary, storm, med gas where applicable)Work directly with tools and equipment alongside the crewLay out work areas and sequence daily tasks based on plansCoordinate day-to-day activities with supervision and other tradesEnsure work is installed correctly, efficiently, and safelyIdentify field issues and communicate them promptly to supervisionAssist with inspections, testing, and punch-list workMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport productivity by keeping materials, tools, and work areas readyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
